Idealists, thinkers, innovators, and people of all different backgrounds, come to Los Angeles to influence what we see, hear, taste, and feel about life. They are the cultural DNA of Los Angeles. When hClub London opened its second-ever members-only club in the center of Hollywood to cater to this community, Figure was brought on to originate its design and print collateral.
Creative
Iconic songs scrawled on napkins. Oscar winning movie scenes written on grocery receipts. Doodles on scraps of paper sell for millions. The medium doesn’t matter. Holding onto the inspiration does.
Figure created an identity system that enhances the brand’s clean design by encouraging a subtle, playful interaction with its creative membership. Storyboard frames, wordplay, doodle space and more are all available whenever inspiration strikes.

hClub wanted to make a soft reach for membership through social prior to opening. We couldn’t show the interior of the building because construction wasn’t finished so we stylized the artist renderings of the various spaces in the building.

One of the unique features of the club is an 18 room hotel where each room features artwork from a monthly artist residency. We wanted to infuse the room collateral with playful copy and pieces that could be quickly used when inspiration strikes.
